Whether you're just beginning or deepening your practice, I'm here to guide you on your journey to mindfulness.
My journey with meditation began during a challenging period in my corporate career. Stressed and burned out, I discovered meditation and experienced such a profound transformation that I knew I had to share this gift with others.
After training extensively in Vipassana, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and various contemplative traditions, I left the corporate world to dedicate myself to teaching full-time.
Today, I blend ancient wisdom with modern neuroscience to create accessible, practical programs that fit into busy lives. My mission is to help you find the peace and clarity you deserve.
A decade of dedication to the practice and teaching of meditation
2015: Vipassana Training
Completed intensive 10-day silent retreat and advanced teacher training in the Vipassana tradition. This foundational experience shaped my entire approach to meditation.
2017: MBSR Certification
Certified in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) through the University of Massachusetts Medical School, bringing evidence-based practices to my teaching.
2018: Mindful Living Studio
Founded Mindful Living Studio, a dedicated space for meditation and mindfulness practice. Began offering weekly classes and workshops to the local community.
2020: Online Programs Launch
Adapted to serve students globally by launching online meditation programs, making mindfulness accessible to thousands worldwide.
2022: Corporate Wellness
Expanded into corporate mindfulness training, bringing meditation practices to workplace environments and helping professionals manage stress.
Today: Continuing the Journey
Serving over 2,000 students through various programs while continuously deepening my own practice and teaching methods.
